Product Description :
EstoWrap 300 is a high tensile strength, high elastic modulus sheet of longitudinal oriented continuous carbon fiber elements which are held in position by lightweight, open mesh scrim. FRP material can have as much as 10 times the tensile strength of steel. When used in conjunction with a specially developed primer, it improves structural performances by strengthening and improving shear strength and deformation properties. This FRP material design follows the ACI 440.2R-17 reference standard as the design standard. For composite material pass ASTM D3039.

Uniqueness :
- Thin: Less visually intrusive and saves space/ headroom. Important for many buildings, bridges & tunnels. Services can be maintained at the time of application.
- Lightweight:Require no addition propping, formwork or heavy lifting. Saves access and application costs and time. Reducing Safety requirements on site. No additional dead load added to the structure
- Non-corroding: It can be placed in areas where steel would have a limited life span.
- Quick Application: Application of adhesive, no requirement for propping, easy site handling massively reduces contract times compared to steel plates and concrete. Can take loads as soon as adhesive is cured.
- On site measurements: Elements do not require pre-measurement and special fabrication. Potential for time delay errors reduced.
- Non-Intrusive: Does not need to be tied-in to the structure. Reducing design around existing steel and expensive coring.
- Design: Fast calculation can be done with the help of software
